Amsterdam, 24 april 2011 (Eerste Paasdag) – Vandaag is Sai Baba overleden. Hij was een grote inspiratiebron voor menig kapper en Reserve Reserve. Omdat ‘De Beer’ nog steeds niet boven water is, en niet uitgesloten is dat deze toch ooit weer ergens opduikt, is Sai Baba de eerste held die postuum een plekje krijgt in de enige echte Hall of Fame.
Wij hopen dat de discussie over zijn wonderen, al dan niet goocheltrucjes vanaf heden voor eens en voor altijd uit de wereld zijn. Wij hebben kracht geput uit zijn wijze woorden, waarvan hieronder een fraai staaltje:
“In regard to every matter, my thoughts are always sublime and exemplary. You must note that Swami’s life is in His own hands and not in those of anyone else. If I will it, I can live for as long as I please. I can also terminate it at will. It is my will that decides and not any other person. The reason is My purity, selflessness, and divinity.
